Mini Madeleines Orange 250g

Mini Madeleines are very soft mini sponge cakes with a distinctive shell-shape, it is a traditional French cake prepared with fresh butter.

It is a perfect combination of sweet, buttery, delicious and melts in one’s mouth.

Ingredients: Wheat flour (gluten), eggs 22%, butter (milk), sugar, dehydrated orange 1.2% (fruit equivalent 7%), starch corn, stabilizer: sorbitol, glycerol, milk, glucose syrup, baking powders: sodium diphosphate and carbonate, salt, preservative: potassium sorbate, sunflower lecithin, natural orange flavour 0.30%, flavour, colouring: beta-carotene 0.05%
