Confit is a traditional French cooking method in which duck legs are salted and cooked in fat, which is preserved in the days before refrigeration. The cured legs are cooked for a long time at a low temperature which results in extremely tender meat that falls easily off the bone.

Quality duck confit. As good as when I used to make our own. Unfortunately, old age etc prevents that now. These are excellent & easy to prepare.

Good sized leg joints. Enough fat for great roast potatoes. Succulent meat. Always a family favourite. I always order a batch when they are available.
