This classic French Aioli recipe is a must try. Traditionally enjoyed with salted cod, potatoes and vegetables, it is ideal with seafood. This Aioli is made using a good French mayonnaise base (using Dijon Mustard) and a good dash of garlic. Unlike most sauces, this Aioli needs to be kept in the fridge as it doesn't contain preservatives.
