Could not eat it as it was spoiled

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and sorry for the inconvenience. I can see the Goose Rillette 125g was delivered on 28th November. As this is a chilled product, it must be kept refrigerated to ensure quality. Can you please confirm this was kept refrigerated.
