Product not as advertised

Very disappointed. Instead of my Jean Larnaudie escalopes, I received halal foie gras escalopes from Bulgaria in a white labelled package, late delivery & when raised with customer services, I didn’t receive the courtesy of a response let alone an apology.

To clarify, the escalopes you received are Jean Larnaudie. Due to post‑Brexit regulatory changes, the duck is now sourced from Bulgaria, which is why the packaging reflects that origin.

Your order was placed on 16th December and delivered on 19th December. We had committed to delivering by the 18th, and we sincerely apologise for this delay. As discussed, I have sent you a 20% discount code by email to acknowledge the inconvenience caused.
