This guy went the extra mile!

Having placed an order for delivery to Northern Ireland, which was going to be delayed an ruin my Xmas morning..
Up steps this guy Zacheus Conteh, and sorts a UPS delivery for tomorrow, saving me a pile of hassle! Honestly really appreciate this, Lyn

Lovely foie gras. Ridiculous packaging.

Have had this before and it's great stuff. Paying £14 p&p though for it to be delivered in an enormous refrigerated box is annoying though. It's vacuum sealed in a mason jar so doesn't need refrigerating. The jar is the size of a mug, the box it came in was bigger than a microwave!

Since your concern was raised, we have re-trained our warehouse team and have already ordered smaller boxes to ensure that future smaller orders are packed more appropriately.
