The origin of Haddock's soup comes from a small village in North East of Scotland called Cullen. It is a typical dish made with haddock, embellished with a harmonious balance of vegetables, milk and cream.
Serve with the rust and some croutons
Ingredients: water, smoked handdock, 22% (haddock, coloring: annatto, salt), potatoes, double cream, leek, butter, Skimmed milk powder, colza oil, spices and and aromatics, thickener: xanthan gum.
