 Traditional duck cassoulet from Castelnaudary

Ingredients: lingot beans 37%, duck legs 21%, Toulouse sausages 17% (pork meat, salt, pepper, natural pork casing), stock (water, pork bone and rind, tomato concentrate, salt), water, duck fat, aromas (milk, egg), salt, tomato concentrate, garlic, nutmeg, clove, herbes de Provence, pepper aroma, garlic puree (garlic, salt, acidity regulator : E330), natural aromas, dextrose, spice extract.

May contain traces of celery, soya and gluten

Allergens in bold

Keep in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight

Refrigerate once opened

Put your cassoulet in a pot or terrine , garnish with bread crumbs and put in a very hot oven for 10 minutes
