Duck legs have plenty of flavour, retaining their succulence upon cooking, which makes them perfect for world famous Duck Confit, or else slow braised dishes, such as a Moroccan tagine with dates or prunes. The rich flavours reflect our traditional techniques of raising poultry, coupled with high welfare standards and rich diets so our birds plump up gradually in adequate living space.
