This is not just any mango sorbet: Made in Hackney, East London it uses mangoes from the Alphonso variety from India. it is made following a traditional Italian sorbetto recipe that places this particularily sweet and tasty variety of mango at the center of the flavour profile.

Hackney Gelato are a young producer of gelato and sorbets who places the concept of "proper ice cream" at the center of everything they do. Their products are developped with the intent to use the best ingredients there are with the cleanest recipes possible. Their products is so well made that it is used on some Michelin star restaurants.
