Chateau d'Estoublon

Olive oils and wines from the Baux-de-Provence valley

The history of the Estoublon estate is closely intertwined with that of the Vallée des Baux de Provence, in the heart of the Alpilles and the PACA region, in the South of France. It is without a doubt one of its most remarkable sites. Setting of the legendary soap opera “Les Gens de Mogador”, near Fontvieille (Bouches-du-Rhône), the Château d'Estoublon has today become famous for its exceptional PDO Les Baux-de-Provence olive oil and its red wine, white wine, rosé wine, all from an estate near Maussane where Passion rhymes with Perfection.

Producer and harvester
Faithful to its choice of excellence, our Domaine signs prestigious vintages each year. These renowned wines, PDO les Baux-de-Provence and IGP Méditerranée, are the know-how of our winegrower.

Unique know-how
In the heart of Provence, in the Vallée des Baux, between the villages of Maussane and Fontvieille, the Château d'Estoublon (and not the Château de l'Estoublon!) Passionately perpetuates the tradition of olive oil exceptional and a wine full of sunshine. From the cultivation of fruit, olives and grapes, to the sale of our flasks, bottles, spray and boxes, each step is carried out and mastered by Estoublon. Grapes and olives are grown and worked on the Estate, respecting organic farming and using exclusively manual and mechanical manufacturing processes, without the use of chemicals. A domain whose fame has been built over the years and events open to the public (the Christmas market, the Vintage Festival, the opening of the harvest, weddings ...) and news (La Table d'Estoublon).
