Mini Madeleines Raspberry 250g

Mini Madeleines are very soft mini sponge cakes with a distinctive shell-shape, it is a traditional French cake prepared with fresh butter.

It is a perfect combination of sweet, buttery, delicious and melts in one’s mouth.  

Ingredients: wheat flour (gluten), eggs 22%, sugar, butter (milk), dehydrated raspberry 1.2% (fruit equivalent 6%), milk, stabiliser: sorbitol, glycerol, corn starch, glucose syrup, raising agents: diphosphate and sodium carbonate, natural raspberry flavouring 0.77% with other natural flavourings, salt, kirsch, sunflower lecithin, flavouring, preservative: potassium sorbate, colour: E120
